What Is Hydrogen Water?
Hydrogen water is ordinary drinking water with molecular hydrogen (H₂) dissolved in it. Molecular hydrogen is the smallest molecule there is, and it leaves water once the water is open to the air. The Hydrofix dissolves it into the pitcher in very fine bubbles at up to approximately 1.6 ppm. The water itself is otherwise unchanged: same pH within ±0.1, nothing added.
How Long Does Hydrogen Stay in Water?
Hydrogen gas begins leaving the water as soon as it is made, faster in an open glass. We don't publish a retention curve, so we won't quote one. Drink it soon after you make it. Our suggested use is 1–2 pitchers a day, made fresh, rather than one large batch stored for later.
Maintenance and Cartridge Requirements

Our water machine sits on your kitchen counter and plugs into a standard outlet through a universal AC/DC adapter (input 100–240V, 50/60 Hz). It doesn't require plumbing or under-sink installation. You pour water into the 1.5 L pitcher, run it and pour. The machine handles the electrolysis and the dissolving; the separate chamber keeps the electrodes out of your drinking water.
