• Most orders will be shipped within the same day or next business day from Oregon, USA.
  • Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.
  • Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
  • Tracking number will be emailed to the customer once the order is shipped. 
  • Signature confirmation is required upon receipt of the package.
  • If the package is returned to us by the carrier, the purchaser is still responsible for any shipping charges including the return shipping cost.  A 15% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned by the carrier as "unclaimed", "refused", "unable to deliver", "incorrect address or name" or "no response after few attempts made to deliver". Please read our Warranty & Return page for the details here.

      • Some countries have certain restrictions and may not be able to deliver. Purchaser is responsible for informing us of the reliability of the delivery service in the destination country.  If the purchaser fails to inform us, Holy Hydrogen cannot be responsible for delivery service in countries outside the United States.  We encourage you to consult with us prior to placing the order to add extra insurance or to arrange the third party shipping-forwarding service to ensure safe delivery of your order.  Please note we may not be able to ship to a country where unreliable postal services exist.  
      • Customs/tracking number will be emailed to the customer once the order is shipped.
      • Signature confirmation and customs clearance is required upon receipt of the package.
      • International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.  Any additional charges for customs clearance are not included in the item price or shipping charges and must be fulfilled by the recipient.  Customs policies vary widely by each country and we have no control over those charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information. 
      • The recipient is the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination customs office.  Purchaser is responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination and it is the purchaser's responsibility to check with their customs office for all customs clearance requirements and inquiries.  Holy Hydrogen cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States.  We encourage you to speak with your local customs office prior to placing an order and make sure you understand your country's import laws, and inform us of any important information in regards to your customs regulations and requirements.
      • We are required by law to disclose the actual price of the product purchased for Customs Declaration Forms for all international shipments, and we cannot reduce the dollar value of your invoice or mark your package as "gift".  Please Note: All prices quoted within our site are in US funds. 
      • Customs Declaration Forms are filled with Holy Hydrogen and cleared by the carrier upon shipping.  Lourdes Hydrofix will be shipped as "Water Filtration System" as there is no existing Tariff code for the hydrogen generator.
      • Customs policies and requirements vary widely by each country and additional information may be requested by customs officials to the recipient in order to finalize the clearance of the package.  When the package is held by customs officials, it is the recipient's (importer of record) responsibility to check and comply with their customs officials for all customs clearance inquiries and requirements.  If the customs officials request any additional information or documents from us, please contact us and we will provide any documents necessary to assist on customs clearance of your package.
      • When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.  Nor Holy Hydrogen nor the carrier can be held responsible for any delays caused by customs office of the destination country.
      • Customs offices in some countries require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment.  You may be required to provide an identification number such as a unique identification number, CPF, or tax ID.  (Countries/Regions that require an identification number include Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.)
      • If for any reason the package is seized by customs officials, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. Please read our Warranty & Return page for the details here.
