WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY
LOURDES HYDROFIX WARRANTY
Our authentic Lourdes Hydrofix is warranted by Holy Hydrogen to the original owner to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase. If the product is found to have defects in material and/or workmanship, Holy Hydrogen will repair or replace the product as long as the product was used as directed. The warranty service will be supported and performed by Holy Hydrogen, U.S.A.
WARRANTY / IMPORTANT NOTICE
The warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
The warranty card may not be reproduced or copied and shall be valid only with new Lourdes Hydrofix sold by Holy Hydrogen.
Keep the original warranty card along with your sales receipt, user's manual, all original packaging and product box (the serial number is marked on the product box) for warranty purposes.
An evaluation must be done over the phone to approve the return of the product. (Contact us via E-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org)
The warranty does not cover return shipping. The return shipping cost must be prepaid by the customer, and Holy Hydrogen will cover the shipping cost to return the serviced product back to the customer.
In case of repair or replacement, Holy Hydrogen shall have ownership rights to the defective part replaced or the defective product.
Any repair after the end of the warranty period will be handled as a charged service.
The above warranty shall not apply to the following and will be handled as a charged service even within the warranty period.
Product returned without approval.
If the product is not returned in the original product box and/or if there is any discrepancy in serial numbers.
If the serial number has been altered, removed or in any manner defaced.
No original warranty card submitted or if the information contained is incorrect, incomplete and/or the warranty card is found to have been tampered with.
No proof of purchase (sales receipt) submitted.
Any defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by the customer.
Any defects or damages caused by improper handling while transporting and/or shipping by the customer.
Any product that has been subject to abuse, misuse, neglect, modification, accident and/or incorrect voltage use.
Any defects or damages caused by improper maintenance and/or use of expired accessories.
Any defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by the use of unauthorized replacement parts and/or service performed by unauthorized personnel.
Any defects or damages caused by natural disasters and/or human disasters.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS / RETURN & EXCHANGE
Our products are manufactured to precise standards and have been subject to stringent quality control inspections throughout the manufacturing process. However, if you received damaged or defective products, contact us immediately for evaluation and arrangements. We accept return and exchange within 14 days of receiving the products for the defective or damaged (during shipping) product only. Please do not return products to us without contacting us first. The Products returned to us without contacting us, will not be approved for return or exchange. To be approved for refund or exchange, all original packaging and items must be included. Phone communication is required throughout the process. Please do not return products to the manufacturer.
We only accept unopened products for returns within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unopened in original box and in new condition. If you wish to return unopened products, you must submit a return request with us to make an arrangement prior to shipping products back to us. Phone communication is required throughout the process. Returning products to us without submitting a return request will not be processed for a refund. Do not ship products back to the manufacturer.
ALL RETURN SHIPPING
Shipping cost must be prepaid by customer. Package must be shipped using trackable shipping service, insured for the value of the products and marked as "fragile", otherwise, your shipment is not guaranteed by the carrier and we will not be responsible if the returned product is damaged during shipping. Please note if the product is returned damaged during shipping, it will not be accepted for a refund and the shipper must be responsible for filing an insurance claim against the carrier to obtain a loss of the damaged products. We also recommend adding a signature confirmation service to ensure the delivery, otherwise, we will not be responsible if we do not receive your returned products.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Phone communication is required throughout the process. Up to 30% restocking fee may apply for the product approved for the refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Shipping & handling, customs fees, taxes, and any additional fees are not refundable. If you received free shipping from us for your purchase, the S&H cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the international return package were subject to additional return shipping cost, customs fees, taxes, and any other fees during return process, the total cost of fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the package is returned to us by the carrier, the purchaser is still responsible for any shipping charges including the return shipping cost and any additional fees will be deducted from the refund amount. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned by the carrier as "unclaimed", "refused", "unable to deliver", "incorrect address or name" or "no response after few attempts made to deliver" if the package was returned to us in their original condition.
If for any reason the package is seized by customs office, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by customs officials, the purchaser is still responsible for any shipping charges including return shipping cost. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned by customs as "illegal to import","refused", "unclaimed", "unable to deliver", "incorrect address or name" or "no response after few attempts made to deliver", if and when we receive the return package in their original conditions. If you received free shipping from us for your purchase, the S&H cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Q. I purchase the Lourdes Hydrofix from other sellers. They claim it is authentic directly from Japan. Is my Lourdes Hydrofix really authentic?
A. Please be aware of the Lourdes Hydrofix scam on the internet. Please contact us to check the authenticity of your Lourdes Hydrofix.
Holy Hydrogen and the manufacturer take no responsibility for the technical support, aftercare, maintenance service, repairs and warranty service of the product purchased from an unauthorized dealer. The Lourdes Hydrofix sold by Japanese dealers outside Japan are also excluded from any warranty coverage. Please note that the Holy Hydrogen is limited to provide support and service only to the customers who purchased the international version of the authentic Lourdes Hydrofix distributed through Holy Hydrogen.
Below sellers are not the authorized international dealer of the Lourdes Hydrofix and their product is excluded from the warranty, certification and any service and maintenance by the manufacturer and the Holy Hydrogen.

Q. What is the difference between the Lourdes Hydrofix from Japan and the one from Holy Hydrogen?
A. Lourdes Hydrofix sold in Japan are designed to be used only in Japan, and if it is used outside Japan, it will be excluded from any warranty service.
The Lourdes Hydrofix distributed through the Holy Hydrogen/International Distribution Center is an international version and it goes through extensive testing and individual certification process to ensure the product's quality, reliability, and the durability to be able to withstand the usage anywhere in the world.
Certificate, Warranty, English Customer Support, and User's Manual are only available for the Lourdes Hydrofix distributed by the Holy Hydrogen.
Q. Can I get a Lourdes Hydrofix directly from Japan?

A. No. The Lourdes Hydrofix currently sold uses pure titanium, and the titanium resists all forms of corrosive attack by fresh water and will not corrode even through the electrolysis process.
